An efficient and dedicated Employment team in Rugby is currently seeking an additional Solicitor to help support a growing caseload. Salary up to £40k.
The Client: Our client is one of the largest law firms in Oxfordshire and Warwickshire with over 140 staff members and a history that can be traced back nearly 200 years. Operating from five offices, our client has steadily built up their reputation and are now recognised in the Legal 500 directory and Chambers and Partners directory.
The Role: Ideally candidates will be 3+yrs PQE qualified with an extensive Employment law background including Contentious and non contentious experience including knowledge of contracts, agreements, dismissal, grievances and tribunal experience. The successful candidate will be working within a team working on a busy caseload in addition to liaising with clients and professionals on a daily basis, therefore excellent communication and interaction skills are essential. Previous marketing experience will be advantageous.
