STOKE-ON-TRENT: this is a regional leading outfit and attracts key clients from outside of Staffordshire. Its employment team takes on many instructions from businesses from across the county and beyond. There are definite opportunities for progression as some of the partners at this firm began their practicing life as Legal Executives.
Your caseload will include the full range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including claimant work, although your caseload will be weighted towards the contentious. It is a small and cohesive team, one in which your individual contribution will be apparent and noted. There are definite opportunities to work you way up the ranks; traditionally, this firm has been less concerned with the classification of its legal team and more concerned with the skills and abilities they can bring. This has also been the approach when it comes to promotions.
The firm is open to approaches by Legal Executives of any PQE above 2 years and if you're very highly-skilled, the firm may offer a salary above the current anticipated level.
