We are looking for a talented individual to join an Employment Law team which is undergoing significant expansion within the region. 1 - 4 years PQE. You will be a team player who is both organised and motivated. You must have a sound knowledge of Employment Law and experience of representing both Claimant and Respondent's in Employment Tribunals proceedings, advising both employers and employees during grievance and disciplinary procedures and also being involved in the negotiation of termination packages. You must be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. You must appreciate the importance of client service. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in future development of the Employment Law department.
