An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pension (& Tax) candidate. The role is unusual in that our client requires a technical/specialist, not necessarily from a legal background, and would be happy to hear from multinational organisation background candidates with extensive Pension & Tax experience. However, iff you are from within the legal sector and have extensive experience from within an employee benefits environment, we would also like to hear from you.
You will provide a pivotal support role to the Employment Partner who is based in Cardiff. You will need to possess specialist experience in share incentive schemes, pension drafting, final salary pensions (public & private sector), pensions due diligence, ideally gained within a benefits environment. Tax experience will include a good knowledge of employee tax, pension tax, employee benefits & taxation as well as share scheme taxation.
