Leading South West Legal 500 firm has a fantastic opportunity for an Employment Lawyer to join their Business and Public Sector Group.
Essential Criteria
Solicitor with established post qualification experience
An individual who is client friendly, proactive and hard working
A good working knowledge of:-
·Employment law and the ability to apply it;
·Practical HR advice;
·Employment tribunal case management;
·Some marketing/business development experience;
·The ability to understand and follow policies and procedures within the Employment team and the firm
Optional Criteria
Working knowledge and experience of:-
·Marketing and business development
·Tribunal advocacy
·TUPE
·Trade unions
The successful applicant will join the Business and Public Sector Group comprising 125 fee earners.There are great opportunities in this group for development and promotion.
