New Role / 3yrs+ Employment Solicitor / Oxford / Urgent
Our client is one of the leading legal practices in Oxford with 3 offices and 12 partners. They currently have a job vacancy for an experienced Employment Solicitor to work on their Oxford City Centre office.
The role will involve working within their general commercial litigation role and will be the sole employment specialist within the practice.
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate commercial awareness and proven ability to develop new business, and a proven track record of regularly achieving fee income targets. The role will be varied acting for employer & employee both Contentious and Non-Contentious work including advising on unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, disciplinary, TUPE and Contingency Fee work.
There would be an existing client base/ caseload to take over and develop further.
The successful candidate should be able to work unsupervised and attract new high quality work, managing junior members of staff in order to develop the department.
