THE TEAM & THE WORK

The department across the offices is circa 20 strong, while in this office there is a team of 7 lawyers. The team has attracted solicitors of all levels from the City, large regional firms and small boutique practices. They act for public companies, groups of companies, owner-managed businesses, academic institutions and other not-for-profit organisations, start-up companies and senior executives. They provide 'hotline' advice as well as support in handling all on-going procedures or preparing policies. The variety of work includes:-

Compromise agreements
Contracts of employment
Data protection and workplace monitoring
Disciplinary / grievance procedures
Discrimination issues
Dismissals and redundancies
