Would you like to join a highly successful Employment team in Nottingham? Our Client is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their thriving department. The practice is a four partner firm with a prosperous employment department that caters for SME's through to Blue Chip National Companies, the firm continues to be ranked for employment by The Legal 500.
The role will predominately involve assisting and advising employers, which range from SMEs to Blue Chip National Companies. There will be a mix of contentious claimant and employer work with an emphasis on advising high value claims for employees.
Candidates will ideally have hands on experience of managing day to day contentious work, including advocacy at Employment Tribunals. The successful candidate will also have the knowledge to deal with non-contentious matters and be keen to become actively involved in the marketing of the department and firm. Salary will be commensurate with your experience.
