Fantastic opportunity for Employment Solicitor to join a leading Manchester City Centre practice. Ideal candidates will be 2 to 3 years PQE, have a strong academic background and be able to demonstrate post qualification experience in the following :-i. Representing/advising both employers and employees in Employment Tribunal claims ii. Advising employers on procedures relating to discipline, capability, ill health and redundancyiii. Preparing and drafting contracts of employmentiv. Preparing and drafting compromise agreementsv. Drafting and giving advice on the enforceability of restrictive covenantsKey skills·communication - confident at all levels ·drafting ·ability to prioritise and to work under pressure to strict deadlines ·Commercial awarenessSuccessful candidates will enjoy an excellent salary package.
