Employment Solicitor sought with 3 years+ PQE
The successful candidate, based in Norwich, will be required to undertake work across both the Norwich and Cambridge offices
The role will be predominantly in the commercial sector requiring good recent experience of corporate support work and will include a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work acting for our corporate clients. The role may also include work for clients in the other sectors.
Essential skills applicants need for this position:
- Good academics, ie 2i degree or equivalent
- High standard of employment law expertise and technical knowledge
- Around 3+ years experience in the employment team of a large regional or City firm
- Good recent corporate support experience
- Excellent written English for drafting purposes
- Good research skills, including an ability to use online information sources
- Effective negotiating skills
