An ambitious Solicitor with 0-2 years PQE is sought by this highly regarded Legal 500firm. Joining a well recognised and busy department, you will take responsibility for your own caseload which will include contentious and non-contentious matters.
The team provides comprehensive employment advice and assistance on all aspects of employment related matters, acting on behalf of a diverse client base. The main services include:
· Contract and policy and procedure review and drafting
· Redundancy, contractual variation and restructuring exercises
· TUPE
· Handling disciplinary and grievance issues
· Employee attendance and performance
· Employment disputes, including breach of contract, unfair dismissal and discrimination complaints in the Tribunal and civil courts
· Senior appointments and severances
· Collective employment issues
