EMPLOYMENT LAWYER - NORWICH
We are looking for a technically strong Employment lawyer, with an enthusiastic and confident character. We are looking for candidates with experience in the range from 1 PQE upwards. The opportunity for Associateship will be available for the right candidate who can demonstrate a match to our competency framework for Associateship. You will be dealing with public and private sector employers on a wide range of matters, both contentious and non-contentious and handling your own advocacy. You will have immediate direct client contact are likely to become the main contact very quickly with a small number of key clients of the team. You will be an experienced employment lawyer, who is technically capable and can demonstrate competence client relation management, team working and commercial awareness. Ideally you will have respondent and advocacy experience, however, this is not essential.
