Hovering just outside the Top 100 firms in the UK and tipped by The Lawyer as "one to watch", the firm is now looking to expand in a number of areas and amongst their current needs is an Employment Lawyer/Associate with around 5 pqe.

The firm is long established and highly successful. They are full service commercial law firm with offices spanning Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire. They are more than well on their way to achieving their ambition to be the leading regional law firm in the East of England. Over recent years, the firm has seen exceptional growth and they now stand at around 40 partners with 275 staff in all. They have been described as "blending the attributes of City capability with regional value" and by Chambers & Partners as "a firm that is going places".
WHAT?
The employment team specialises in all aspects of employment law and advises both employers and employees. Clients include employers and employees ranging from individuals to small, local businesses to internationally known, publicly owned companies.
As you will benefit from the full range of matters, it is essential that the successful candidate has a mix of contentious and non-contentious experience. You will have the credibility, confidence and technical ability to work on complex matters for senior level clients without supervision and take a key role in the ongoing business development for the team.
This is ideally an Associate role and there is genuine progression available to partnership for the right person.
