Fantastic opportunity for Employment Solicitor to join a leading Manchester City Centre practice. Ideal candidates will be 2 to 3 years PQE, have a strong academic background and be able to demonstrate post qualification experience in the following :-
i. Representing/advising both employers and employees in Employment Tribunal claims
ii. Advising employers on procedures relating to discipline, capability, ill health and redundancy
iii. Preparing and drafting contracts of employment
iv. Preparing and drafting compromise agreements
v. Drafting and giving advice on the enforceability of restrictive covenants
