Employment Solicitor Manchester Up to £45k
Our client is a niche commercial legal practice that has been dealing with the requirements of both business clients and individuals for over 35 years.
They are a legal practice that recognises the requirements of clients for specialist expertise and client commitment, and to provide creative solutions to commercial problems.
They are looking to recruit an Employment Partner to join our expanding Employment department.
The candidate should have his or her contacts and/or following as well as having the opportunity to develop work from within the firm's existing client base.
Duties will include dealing with an employment caseload including unfair dismissals, constructive dismissals and sexual, disability and race discrimination and Public Interest Disclosure Dismissal.
When choosing candidates, our client looks for a strong academic record, suitable experience, enthusiasm and good communication skills. They also require good IT competency including good working knowledge of Word and Outlook.
Candidates must have experience of working as an employment solicitor with five years PQE.
