PENSIONS SPECIALIST - LONDON
Leading international law firm seeks Pensions Associates across all PQEs up to the 7 mark Dealing with pensions aspects of all corporate finance transactions, including pension transfer provisions, due diligence, warranties and indemnities; advice on the moral hazard provisions of the Pensions Act 2004, trust documentation, including trust deeds and rules and announcements to members, advice on ongoing pension schemes (to trustees and employers), advice on compliance with often-changing pensions legislation and regulation, setting up new pension arrangements, disputes and litigation, particularly claims made through OPAS and the Pensions Ombudsman, investment management and custodianship; and international pensions advice including offshore and third country national plans as well as multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions.
