WHAT: Here, you will find the full remit of work and it will be varied with corporate support work being shared amongst the team supporting the firms focus on the delivery of effective, tailored solutions to clients. The result of this ethos is a wide range of work, from drafting complex pensions documentation to successfully defending Pensions Ombudsman complaints. The teams existing clients range from small self-administered schemes to multi-billion pound occupational schemes. The team advise trustees and employers on issues arising from establishing, operating and closing all types of occupational pension schemes. They advise on the pensions aspects of corporate restructuring, acquisitions, disposals, insolvency and outsourcing, and on recent legal developments. The team acts as pensioner trustee to many self-administered schemes. With a strong academic background and experience within a City or a large regional private practice you will be able to demonstrate your good all round pensions experience and be keen to assist in the ongoing growth and development of this market leading team.
