EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR (PENSIONS) - LONDON
One of the largest UK law firms seeks an Employment Solicitor with around 3 years PQE to join thier Pensions Team. You will have the opportunity to carry out a full range of advisory work for both employer and trustee clients as well as a diverse case load of pension queries referred internally. The role will include advising in respect of the Pensions Act 2004 and Finance Act 2004 in respect of pension schemes and employers, drafting the trust deed, rules and ancillary documentation for schemes (in particular as a result of tax simplification), advising on pensions implications of staff transfers, as well as providing support where required to the Corporate team. You will also be involved in bespoke training internally and externally, as well as assisting with know-how and business development. You will have a commercial solutions orientated approach and possess excellent communication skills. You will also have highly developed team working skills, a committed and positive approach to your work and a desire to help with the growth of the Pensions team.
