Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking an Employment Solicitor on behalf of a well know Law firm for a position in based in either their Central London or Essex branches.

The firm which advises a full range of commercial clients, both on shore and off shore and are currently seeking an experienced employment solicitor to begin to establish and develop a strong employment department within the firm.

The successful applicant can be based in either the Essex office or in the London office and will initially look after an existing case load while developing a successful department around them. You will need proven mangement and marketing skills. A client following will be beneficial.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a team that is growing rapidly and which has a very sound and impressive commercial client base.

Requirements include:

* A proven track record in UK Employment Law
* Proven Management and Development skills
* A very strong command of Word & Excel packages.
* Ability to converse well with clients on all levels.

Salary: M/Rate
