This internationally recognised firm is based in Central London on the edge of the City. Their Employment team is small and perfectly formed and looking to expand at a number of levels.
The successful candidate will be a specialist employment solicitor with experience of both contentious and non-contentious matters, acting for employer and employee clients on matters as diverse as employee benefits, contracts of employment, disciplinary/grievance procedures, restrictive covenants, garden leave clauses, share option and shareholder arrangements, TUPE issues, working time issues and E-commerce.
So, what's on offer? You will have the ability to handle your own matters as well as assisting on more complex matters. It is important that you are tuned into marketing and creating new business opportunities as well as being a very strong technician.
