My client is one of the leading full-service pracitces in the Oxfordshire region. Due to their continued growth, they now have a vacancy for a Senior Employment Solicitor.
Reporting directly to the managing partner, the successful candidate will effectivley run the department. With a support-staff on hand to provide admin assistance, you will use your own initative to manage the caseload. Whilst the work is rich in both quality and quantity, the department has been earmarked for growth, and the sucessful candidate should be comfortable with business development. The actual work will consist of a good balance between contentious and non-contentious, and involves both employer and employee clients.
An excellent benefits package including a salry of between £35,000 - £50,000 (+ pension, 25 days holiday, life cover) await the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be 3-6 years PQE, with a good working knowledge of contigency fee based employment work. Marketing and business development knowledge/experience will also give you a significant advantage.
