Our client has two exciting opportunities to join a market leading practice in their new satellite office. The successful candidates will be advising on and have conduct of a wide range of employment law cases including unfair dismissal, TUPE, trade union victimisation, discrimination, equal pay, and all other aspects of employment law for Claimants. Both roles will involve working to provide advice / representation to a main union client and will suit a qualified solicitor, legal executive or barrister with experience of conducting cases as mentioned above.
