My client is a leading national practice with a strong East Midlands office providing highly rated employment law advice. The employment team provides a comprehensive national employment service and is deemed a 'true expert.'
Acting for a range of clients from large national companies through to SMEs covering both the public and private sector, you will develop your career with the best. Your employment expertise will be developed by working closely with key partners and you will typically handle:
Unfair dismissal claims
Changes to terms and conditions of employment
Discrimination
Employment contracts, policies and procedures
Grievance and disciplinary issues
Managing sickness absence
Misconduct issues
Performance management
Redundancy
Severance issues / Compromise agreements
TUPE
You will be presently handling a mixed caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters and be looking to develop your knowledge. You will be a key appointment in the growth of the team and also be eager to get involved in marketing and business development.
