New role - This is a one-off opportunity to take up the mantle and help lead this firm to the next stage of its development. As an ambitious individual you will enjoy the challenge of working closely with others, marketing and business development and leading by example. This is a fantastic opportunity with expansion very much in mind so you'll be an experienced partner or associate with superb client management and development skills which you can utilise to their full potential. Ideally you will have some form of following and contact base in addition to an already extensive client list. However this is not an essential requirement. Dealing with a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters which are respondent biased. You'll handle issues such as employment contracts and benefits, equality & diversity, grievance & dismissal and of course a key area at the moment redundancy. This really is an exciting opportunity to take control and be responsible for your destiny in a dynamic but supportive environment.
