EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR - KENT
This multiple office firm are currently looking to expand there Employment practice and therefore are requiring an Employment specialist who has a wealth of experience
the caseload consists of
Preparation and review of contracts of employment and related policies
Disciplinary/grievance procedures
Restrictive covenants
Garden leave clauses
Corporate employment law matters
Share option and shareholder arrangements of all kinds
TUPE issues
Employee benefits
Working time issues
Unfair dismissal cases
Discrimination cases
Restrictive Covenant Litigation
Compliance with Law Society Regulations and the Guide to Professional Conduct of Solicitors
