Top 200 law firm is keen to attract the attention of an Employment Solicitor with no less than 2 years PQE to be based at a major regional office. Joining one of the largest teams in the south east, you will be able to take responsibility for your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters and will manage a Tribunal caseload from beginning to end including drafting of ET1s and ET3s; document analysis and assembly; taking and drafting witness statements; negotiating settlements where appropriate; handling Case Management Discussions and Pre-Hearing Reviews; attending Tribunal hearings.
