4yrs+ Employment Solicitor Job / Southampton Our client with four offices in Hampshire is one of the largest regional firms on the south coast with 23 Partners and over 220 other personnel. They currently seek an experienced Solicitor to join their Employment Team based in Southampton. A suitable candidate will have at least three years recent relevant experience dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment issues. To include, but not limited to: advice in respect of contracts of employment, TUPE, Discrimination, dismissal and disciplinary procedures, grievance procedures, Tribunals, Staff handbooks etc You should be organised with a methodical approach and possess the ability to communication at all levels. This is a great opportunity to join one of the South Coasts leading practices receiving a competitive salary and benefits package.
