It is owned and managed by a Lawyer with more than 10 years experience in both private practice and legal expenses insurance, representing employers and employees in employment tribunals all over the country.
They seek a newly or recently qualified lawyer who is completely committed to specialising in this area of the law with a practical and proactive approach. An individual who is able to identify and resolve problems before they occur, including (where appropriate) considering alternatives to litigation.
