Excellent opportunity to join highly regarded Legal 500 practice in their prestigious office based in the South East. Candidates will be qualified solicitors ideally with 2-5yrs with experience handling both contentious and no-contentious Employment matters at either an established regional or City practice. Joining one of the most established Employment teams in the region the successful individual will be acting for a range of clients from the travel, manufacturing, education and insurance industries. Acting mainly for respondents, candidates will be handling a range of discrimination, equal pay, unfair dismissal, and maternity rights cases. Strong knowledge of compromise agreements, service agreements and TUPE is also required. Any experience with businesses development or conducting seminars / workshops is advantageous.
