Regional 4 office firm seeks Employment Solicitor 4 + PQE for Leicestershire office. The team provides employment advice and assistance on all aspects of employment related matters, both contentious and non-contentious, to a diverse client base. Work includes Contract and policy and procedure review and drafting, Redundancy, contractual variation and restructuring exercises, TUPE, Handling disciplinary and grievance issues, Employee attendance and performance, Employment disputes, including breach of contract, unfair dismissal and discrimination complaints in the Tribunal and civil courts, Senior appointments and severances and Collective employment issues.
