Employment Solicitor - 5+ PQE - Birmingham - Salary Negotiable

The successful applicant will primarily work with partners in the Employment and Human Resources department on a varied caseload including contract and policy, procedure review, drafting, redundancy, contractual variation and restructuring exercises, TUPE, handling disciplinary and grievance issues, Employment disputes, including breach of contract, unfair dismissal and discrimination complaints in the Tribunal and civil courts
