Job Description
My client is an outstanding, niche, Corporate/Commercial Firm with offices in the South Yorkshire and Chesterfield areas with an enviable reputation for providing professional and client focussed legal services whilst retaining it's friendly and approachable culture.
They have a need for a high calibre Employment Solicitor to join their Sheffield team as part of continued expansion having attracted several top quality individuals from top-tier and city backgrounds.
The Firm has close and productive relationships with many of the UK's largest and most successful companies and also with complimentary professional practices in both the UK and around the world and it is for clients of this calibre you will be expected to represent.
You will run a mixed caseload of claimant and respondent matters relating to Grievance and disciplinary advice and representation, Industrial relations advice (including: sex, race and disability discrimination) Advice on TUPE and Policies and employee handbooks and contracts.
You will ideally have at least 2 years qualified experience in this area with a strong academic record and willingness to be involved in active networking of your department and the Firm's other services.
This is a lively and forward thinking practice in the centre of Sheffield with a salary commensurate with experience; 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and genuine career development opportunities.
