TOP NEW ROLE IN PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT

EMPLOYMENT / TRAINING / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

A fantastic new role has arisen in the Cambridge office of this lead law firm for an enthusiastic & talented Employment Solicitor / Lawyer looking for a change in direction or an experienced PSL / trainer.

The Role

The role will be based in Cambridge and offer the opportunity to travel nationally.

You will be expected to:-

• Deliver practical employment law training to clients and prospective clients of the firm;
• Develop & maintain a programme of in-house & external public' practical employment law training.
• Market & sell employment law training, on an in-house & external basis.
• Write pitches & proposals for training for clients / prospective clients.

You

You will:-

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with at least 3PQE+;
• Have experience of giving specific employment law advice, preferably to employers rather than employees.
• You will have a willingness to deliver training on a national basis;
• Be able to and willing to travel & train at client premises or other national offices, on a routine basis.
• You will have excellent written and oral presentation skills;
• In addition you will have legal ability, tempered by a natural bias towards practical solutions;
• You will have a track record in marketing and developing new business & making appropriate referrals to other teams/departments.
