The Employment team advises clients on all aspects of Employment related matters, both contentious and non-contentious, to a diverse client base. Solicitors undertake their own advocacy in the Employment Tribunal and provide tailored employment law seminars and practical workshops to clients.
The successful candidate will be a good team player who will have gained experience with a reputable employment team. You will be responsible for a mixed caseload of contentious and non contentious work; advising clients on the impact of new legislation and other employment law issues; as well as attending Employment Tribunal and High Court hearings.
A confident and positive solicitor, you will possess excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to work to tight deadlines and targets. You will have repeatedly proven your ability in generating fee income and demonstrating commercial awareness.

Salary Range: £40-70K+ basic salary, depending on experience
