My client is a leading regional practice that has grown extensively over the recent years.
Due to expansion, they are now looking to bring an additional lawyer into their Employment practice.
Dealing exclusively with employers, the team provides both contentious and non contentious services to a large range of clients including small family businesses to large PLCs.
Part of a team of 10, you will have the chance to work alongside leading individuals in the market and develop your career with a Legal 500 firm. You will be responsible for your own caseload and on occasions assist more senior solicitors on complex cases.
In this role, you will gain great exposure to quality and varied work.
You will also be supported in your career development with regular appraisals that will determine clear and transparent objectives to achieve promotion.
The role will suit an ambitious solicitor with ideally 1 to 3 years' PQE experience having dealt with defendant work previously.
You will be a team player with great communication skills and will enjoy networking and taking part in marketing events held by the firm.
Salary: circa £35-45K basic salary + benefits
