EMPLOYMENT PARALEGAL - NORFOLK
Working within a mini team for one client, you will be involved in handling that clients Employment Tribunal (ET) claims. This will involve collating documents, working with a case management system and producing standard documents, liaising with 3rd parties such as ACAS, liaising with witnesses and arranging meetings with the opportunity for the right candidates to develop into taking witness statements. You will also be required to collate and extract information for management/client report. A basic understanding of employment law and the ET claims process would be an advantage, but is not necessary for confident, capable individuals as we have full briefing notes and training packs available. As a self typing fee earner you will be confident at using computers and experience of Solcase or similar case management systems would be an advantage, as would experience of Excel for reporting purposes. You will be organised, efficient, able to stick to processes, confident with computers and have excellent communication skills
