Our client is based on the coast and is seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join the team. You will be dealing with your own caseload of both contentious and non-contentious work on behalf of employees and employers including advising on employment contracts and compromise agreements, dealing with discrimination claims, redundancy advice and corporate support work. You will be required to carry out your own advocacy at employment tribunals. This position involves working as part of a team so you should enjoy working with others and be able to build relationships with colleagues and clients easily. You will be actively involved in marketing and business development. The department are very busy at the moment so this could be a great time to move.
