Are you a trainee solicitor coming up to qualification and want to qualify into employment? or perhaps you qualified into a different practice area such as crime or personal injury, but have always had a desire to undertake employment work. Either way, this is an unbeatable employment role with excellent progression opportunities!
You will be advising employees and trade unions on a range of contentious employment law issues and will have lots of client contact. You will also have the opportunity to specialise in advising employees on compromise agreements and will be able to develop the firm's knowhow in this area as well as educating colleagues and clients on this area of law. You will be dealing with a wide range of clients including well known TV personalities.
The team is extremely busy so you will need to be able to work in a pressured environment and be able to work to deadlines. The hours are very much 9-5pm and it is rare you will need to work much longer than this.
If you're looking to work within a close knit and highly successful team then you've come to the right place. This well regarded national practice is going from strength to strength and are planning to double the size of the team in the next 12 months. There are fantastic career development opportunities for those people who get in early.
