EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR - LONDON CITY
Our client. a Central London law firm advising nationally and internationally covering a wide range of specialist areas actively seeks an Employment Law Solicitor
Good academics required for this Assistant Solicitor position, applicants must have 3-5 years PQE
You caseload will include -
- Advising clients both on areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law
- Preparation and review of contracts of employment and related policies
- Disciplinary/grievance procedures
- Restrictive covenants
- Corporate employment law matters
- Share option and shareholder arrangements of all kinds
- TUPE issues
- Employee benefits
- Restrictive Covenant Litigation
Applicants must have proven marketing experience strategies/activities or an interest in practice development generally. As well as Advocacy experience, public speaking; E.G. presentations/seminars within an ambition to further develop within Employment law.
