Our client is a highly respected London law firm with an excellent reputation of providing a top quality service to a range of prestigious household names.
They have a vacancy for an Employment Solicitor to work in a growing, high quality team..
The employment team provides advice and support on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non contentious.The division links closely with the Corporate and IP/IT teams in relation to the acquisition and disposal of businesses, outsourcing and data protection issues.
The main focus of the employment team is to advise companies, organisations and senior executives operating in a wide range of industry sectors, including manufacturing and service industries, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, professional institutions, electronics and software companies and the publishing industry.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years recent relevant experience of contentious and non contentious employment work with a good grounding in corporate support work, outsourcing transactions and TUPE application, including experience of drafting due diligence reports and drafting/negotiating warranties and indemnities.
