EMPLOYMENT LAWYER - LONDON CITY
Our client is a vibrant, dynamic and forward thinking City of London law firm with foundations that run deep and strong. Since its foundations in the late 1800's, they have steadily developed its reputation as a leading professional practice.
They require the need for an Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 3-4 years PQE dealing with both a contentious and non-contentious caseload.
The Employment Law team offers a fully comprehensive employment law service to clients. We advise on all aspects of employment law including: -
- Recruitment and employment contracts
- Workplace policies and company handbooks
- Defending unfair/wrongful dismissal claims, sex, race, disability and age discrimination claims
- Health & Safety at work
- Downsizing, re-organisations and redundancy
- Issues relating to the termination of employment and negotiating exit packages
- Handling the employment law aspects of corporate transactions
- Training Services
The firm also provides a wide range of legal services, including commercial litigation and dispute resolution, commercial property, corporate and commercial law, insurance, shipping and transport, sport, travel and leisure and TMT (technology, media and telecoms).
