Our client is one of the South Easts largest and most respected Legal Practices. They are currently looking to develop their London office with the addition of a further Solicitor or Legal Executive in their Employment/Commercial team.
The London team is the leading adviser to the recruitment sector in the UK and internationally. They are experts in regulation of the sector, including tax regimes. They deal with status issues and employment rights in respect of temporary, contract or agency workers and self-employed consultants. They advise agencies on the legal, tax and commercial aspects of outsourcing and on business acquisition or disposal.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of commercial and employment expertise, however if you have one of the other they will at your application.
In particular these are the areas you will be getting involved with :
Outsourcing
income tax, VAT
commercial contracts
employment law
data protection
immigration
corporate law
