Job Description

This role is initially a 50/50 mix of training and fee-earning but could quickly develop into more of a training bias in time. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in training on a wide range of Employment issues to clients and these skills will be tested as part of the selection process.

This role requires working with clients handling presentations on employment matters to their managers/directors etc. This is either done by the role holder for a whole day, organising training sessions in HR matters or they share this with individuals from the client, for example the HR Manager may do part and this role then does a part. These presentations can be in various locations so travel to other regions is required. The training can be over a few days so may have to be away from home a few nights every now and again.

* Excellent presentation and client relationship skills required.
* Excellent knowledge of the law.
* Ability to be able to hold your own when challenged.
* Quick thinking on your feet for Q & A sessions etc.
