Our client, a regional law firm, currently has an exciting job vacancy for a Solicitor to join their Employment team based in Cardiff. A suitable candidate will have at least three years recent relevant experience dealing with all areas of employment law. This role will involve advising many clients on a number of different employment issues including but not limited to: all forms of discrimination, TUPE, Unfair Dismissal and Wrongful Dismissal, Employee Handbooks, Contracts of Employment etc. You will also be required to perform advocacy at Employment Tribunals.
