You will provide clients with high quality legal advice including representation at Employment Tribunals, advise in all aspects of employment Law, including re-organisations/redundancy, TUPE, maternity, race/sex/disability discrimination, unfair/wrongful dismissal, breach of contract etc. Draft documentation, negotiate settlements.
You will assists in co-ordinating the administrative and marketing functions of the department and directly supervise less experienced solicitors and other legal staff.
In order to have the gravitas for the role you will need at least 3yrs PQE to include solid Employment Tribunal advocacy experience. This will be combined with strong negotiating skills to deal with mediation of cases.
An interest in and experience of marketing is a must as you will be expected to deliver seminars and training to clients and be prepared to regularly speak at the Employment Forums.
