This role is to deliver interactive training to line managers and HR professionals across the whole spectrum of industries and to influence how legislation is interpreted by businesses, providing them with the knowledge to help avoid costly mistakes.
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 3 years experience of giving specific employment law advice, preferably to employers rather than employees. You will have a willingness to deliver training on a national basis and the role requires travel and training at client premises.
You will have excellent written and oral presentation skills; legal ability, tempered by a natural bias towards practical solutions coupled with a track record in marketing and developing new business, making appropriate referrals to other teams/departments.
