World Wide Law Firm seeking HR Training and Development Lawyer-Cambridge One of the top legal 500 world wide Law firms acting for the public and private sector are seeking a HR Training and Development Lawyer to join their strong successful team. With 40 offices across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. My client pioneers in; -Flexible working -Dispute management -Project management -Online services and working globally. You will be working to; -Deliver practical employment law training to new and existing clients -Develop and maintain a Programme of in-house and external public practical employment law training -Market and sell employment law training, both in-house and externally -Write pitches and proposals for prospective clients for training that meets the needs of the client and that is delivered within the cost guidelines laid down by the Firm. Skills and Experience; -Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 3 years experience of giving specific employment law advice -willingness to deliver training on a national basis -Excellent written and oral presentation skills -Flexibility and willing to travel to meet with new and existing clients -Good track record in marketing and developing new business If you are self motivated, but able to work effectively as part of a national team, managing your fee earning responsibilities with business development initiatives and demonstrate a flair of imagination to generate ideas and solutions apply today!!
