An Employment Solicitor is required to work with both the Commercial and Dispute Resolution Team of a modern City practice. The department advises and represents business clients of all sizes and structures across a broad spectrum of industry sectors.
With a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience the suitable candidate will be able to draft policies and procedures for disciplinary and grievance processes, represent clients in negotiations and proceedings, advise on the employment law issues of buying and selling businesses.
