Are you an employment lawyer, looking to move in-house?
About the Company
Our client is a specialist employment consultancy based in North Cambridgeshire. Acting almost exclusively for employers, it advises a range of SME and larger corporate clients across the East Midlands, East Anglia and the Northern Home Counties region. It provides clients with a one-stop service for the full range of employment issues.
About the Role
Working alongside a team of employment law professionals, you'll advise respondent clients across the region. Providing a full contentious service from initial consultation through to drafting a defence and taking witness statements, you'll manage cases up to instructing counsel for final hearing. You may also be called upon to advise on non-contentious matters from time to time. The role is full-time and largely office based.
About You
You may be a qualified lawyer, a legal executive or non-qualified legal adviser. You'll have worked autonomously advising clients on employment law matters. You'll be looking for a role working in a cohesive, open and friendly environment where you can work with like-minded professionals.
