The firm provides advice to individuals including compromise agreements, discrimination, equal pay, maternity and paternity, proper notice, redundancy and unfair dismissal. They also provide advice to businesses locally including advice on contracts of employment, Employee policies, privacy in the workplace and Restrictive Covenants. Due to a very busy case load an assistant solicitor is required to join the team in Milton Keynes to support a regarded partner.
